A production partner that keeps your line running
Elite Welding & Fabrication is a contract metal manufacturer based in Galesburg, Michigan, just east of Kalamazoo. We produce custom metal components, weldments, and assemblies for manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial operations that need a dependable supplier, not just a shop that can make a part once.
When you bring your production work to us, you get a partner who builds to your specs, hits the dates you set, and tells you early if something needs attention. That’s how we’ve operated for over ten years, and it’s why our customers keep sending us repeat work.
From First Article to Repeat Production
Contract manufacturing is a long-term relationship, not a one-time order. Here’s how we typically bring a new part or assembly into production:
1
Review and quote. Send us your drawings, CAD files, and quantities. We review the design for manufacturability and flag anything that could affect cost, lead time, or quality before we quote.
2
Prototype or first article. For new parts, we build a prototype or first article so you can verify fit, form, and function before committing to a full run.
3
Production. Once the part is approved, we lock in the process and produce to your schedule, whether that’s a single batch or ongoing releases.
4
Repeat orders. Because we keep your part data, process notes, and setups on file, reorders move quickly and come out the same every time.
Every Process Under One Roof
Most production parts need more than one operation. When those operations happen at different vendors, you pay for it in lead time, freight, and quality risk. At Elite, your parts stay in one shop from raw materials to finished components.
