CNC Equipment

With precision CNC cutting, forming, and machining capabilities, you can be sure that the part we produce will be built to your exact standards.

Working with materials such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel we offer CNC laser cutting of materials up to 5’ X 10’ in size and varying thickness depending on material.

Our CNC press brake is capable of forming bends up to 10′ long with precision tolerances.

Our CNC shear is capable of shearing up to 10’ long material up to ¼” thick for carbon steel to precise tolerances. Stainless and aluminum material thicknesses vary based on material used.

With our CNC machining capabilities, we can perform hole machining, slotting, threading, and contouring so all of your integrated machining and fabrication needs can be addressed under one roof.

Why Combine Machining and Fabrication Under One Roof?

Many fabricated assemblies need at least some machined features: a bored hole, a turned shaft, a threaded fitting, a faced surface. When machining and fabrication happen in separate shops, you end up coordinating schedules, managing shipments between vendors, and dealing with communication gaps that lead to errors and delays.

At Elite Welding & Fabrication, your parts stay in one shop. We can laser-cut a blank, form it on our press brake, machine a critical feature on the CNC mill, and weld the finished assembly — all without your part ever leaving our facility. That single-source approach keeps lead times short, costs predictable, and quality consistent from the first operation to the last.
